As a KOL Intern, You Will

Collaborate with the marketing team to identify, research, and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers in the beauty industry. Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with KOLs, ensuring smooth communication and successful collaborations. Support the creation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including product seeding and content ideation. Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, gathering data to assess the impact and effectiveness of KOL initiatives. Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and influencer partnerships. Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Requirements

Final-year students or fresh graduates (preferably from Marketing, Communications, or a related field). Prior experience or a strong interest in the beauty industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with KOLs. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in influencer marketing. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
