Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Staff
Work Location:
Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Employer Branding, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry
Experience handling
end-to-end recruitment process
(sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Familiar with
recruitment platforms
(LinkedIn, job portals, social media sourcing)
Experience supporting
employer branding initiatives , such as campus hiring, career events, or social media campaigns is a plus
Strong
communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage
multiple hiring projects simultaneously
Able to work in a
fast-paced environment
Willing to be placed in
Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
Actively source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Employer Branding:
Support employer branding initiatives such as campus hiring programs, career fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media employer branding activities to strengthen Eka Jaya Group’s employer image.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Recruitment Administration & Reporting:
Maintain recruitment data, candidate tracking, and hiring reports to ensure an organized and efficient recruitment process.
