Finance, Accounting & Tax Officer

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from reputable university.

4 - 5 years experience in tax preparation, accounting or auditing is prefered.

Having Breavet A & B and C certification is a plus.

Self driven person able to work independently and demonstrate high integrity.

Proactive and having a solution-oriented mindset.

Team worker and able to work under tight deadline.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for processing and managing invoices.

Responsible for processing and managing payroll.

Ensure compliance by checking and validating tax documents such as Tax Invoices and Withholding Tax Certificates.

Responsible for calculating and reporting the annual tax returns.

Handle monthly the preparation, payment, and reporting of taxes in Coretax (E-Billing, Withholding Tax Art 21, 4(2), 23, and VAT), ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.

Handle Account Receivable (AR) and Account Payable (AP).

Properly archive AR & AP documents.

Create financial statements (profit & loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow).

Resolve any open issues related to delivery orders/returns and outstanding accounts.

Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to Payroll, Accounting & Tax.

Maintain a good relationship with external parties related to Accounting & Tax tasks.
