Based in the vibrant area of Sudirman, South Jakarta, the company delivers simplified and relatable content through YouTube, social media, and its website. With mentorship from industry experts, Viction.id is dedicated to making trading education engaging, easy to understand, and empowering. The mission is to ensure individuals gain the right knowledge, strategies, and confidence to navigate the trading world successfully.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include generating leads, analyzing market trends, developing strategies to drive company growth, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market data and identifying business opportunities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and achieve targets Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus Fluency in English and Indonesian (verbal and written) is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
