to meet cafe goals by helping our Food and Beverage Manager and team, preparing and conducting all restaurant floor operations with our Service Managers and motivating colleagues during busy hours. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager and service Managers to resolve guest issues swiftly. Our Waiters and Waitresses help to attract and retain staff by playing a huge part in the overall cafe ambience, maintain a cooperative relationship with the kitchen team and a 5-star relationship with every guest and member that walks into our restaurant, optimises their productivity and serves as replacement in a team member's absence.
