Job Summary We are hiring a Assistant Finance Manager to establish and oversee Arysun’s financial operations. This role combines hands‑on management of day‑to‑day finance activities with strategic responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, compliance, and supporting investor relations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and tax.

Develop and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.

Partner with leadership to provide financial insights for decision‑making.

Support investor relations, fundraising processes, and due diligence.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Implement financial systems, policies, and controls to support scaling.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

Solid understanding of Indonesian financial, tax, and compliance regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Hands‑on and adaptable in a fast‑paced, lean environment.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial data clearly.

High integrity and attention to detail.
