Microsoft 365 Specialist

Responsibilities

Provide support for Microsoft 365 systems and services

Manage daily operations for Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power BI

Perform log analysis and troubleshooting within the M365 environment

Collaborate with helpdesk and IT teams to resolve end‑user issues

Handle ticketing workflows using ServiceNow

Maintain and update configuration documentation and license records

Lead team operations and escalate complex cases to customers when necessary to achieve goals and targets

Requirements

Diploma or higher in any major (IT‑related education is preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and cloud‑based collaboration tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity platforms

Good communication and teamwork skills

Fluent in English (oral and written); Japanese language proficiency is a plus

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
