Job Description
Education Major : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience : 1–3 years of relevant experience.
Language : English and Chinese skills are not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Fault Repair:
Perform routine inspections to preemptively eliminate equipment shutdown faults and conduct repairs on equipment within the responsible area.
Maintenance & Guidance:
Guide operators on proper equipment use and perform simple inspection and maintenance work.
Daily Planning:
Execute daily maintenance plans and perform repairs to ensure zero anomalies on the production line.
Monitoring:
Conduct daily inspections to identify hidden dangers and resolve them in a timely manner.
New Equipment:
Participate in the installation and debugging of new factory equipment.
Power Distribution:
Layout and set up the factory's power distribution lines.
Circuit Maintenance:
Repair, debug, and maintain circuits for all electrical equipment and platform construction across the factory.
Hazard Identification:
Identify equipment circuit faults and safety hazards while conducting regular inventory checks.
System Testing:
Participate in the debugging of various equipment for new product launches.
Workshop Standards:
Organize the site and tools to maintain 5S standards within the workshop.
Inspections:
Conduct periodic inventory checks and inspections of all equipment circuits.
Process Worker
Process Tracking:
Adjust and track on-site process parameters according to technical guidelines and promptly report quality issues.
Development Verification:
Assist engineers in the process verification of development projects.
Documentation:
Support the preparation, update, and upgrading of factory operation manuals and on-site guidance documents.
Equipment Maintenance:
Prepare regular maintenance and repair plans for departmental process equipment and solve related production problems.
Lean Improvements:
Implement IE (Industrial Engineering) improvements, standard working time management, and handle abnormal issues in MES or other production systems.
Logistics Coordination:
Assist with process decisions, workstation planning, and on-site AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) abnormal handling.
