A Sales Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending products that meet their needs. This role plays an important part in achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to promote our fashion products, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
Product Demonstration: Showcase new arrivals and highlight key features and benefits of our collections to encourage sales.
Mastering product knowledge and information related to the brand and share to customers.
Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying our brand values and maintaining a positive image.
Sales Support: Reporting the daily sales and assist in achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and encouraging repeat purchases.
Event Participation: Participate in promotional events, fashion shows, and pop-up shops to enhance brand visibility and engage with customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.
Inventory Management: Help manage stock levels and ensure displays are wellโorganized and visually appealing.
