Akasha Yoga Academy is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Marketing Manager.

YOU: You are an early-adaptor of AI-tools. As an AI-native, you are capable of using cutting-edge tools to grow our student base.

You will lead & optimize the digital marketing for our international online education platform: This role focuses on strategy, structure & performance, as well as daily execution.

WE: We're the 2nd highest-ranked Yoga School in the world. We offer

200-Hour & 300-Hour Online Yoga Teacher Trainings, Meditation Retreats & Virtual Courses.

As a growing international academy, we aim to strengthen our marketing systems, improve lead quality, and build scalable marketing structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop & execute

overall

marketing strategy

aligned with revenue goals Create

monthly

marketing plans & campaign direction Implement

advanced AI tools to optimize conversions: Improve marketing

funnel performance with cutting-edge AI & automations Collaborate with

sales team

to improve lead quality & conversions Evaluate marketing performance with

advanced data analysis (Google Looker & AI)

to identify growth opportunities Oversee

email marketing

campaigns & automation performance Guide brand messaging &

social media

content direction Build & manage

affiliate

& partnership programs Develop

collaboration

strategies

with

influencers

& partners

PAID ADS, SOCIAL MEDIA & MORE

As a Digital Marketing Manager you: Understand

Meta Ads & Google Ads

performance metrics Manage

tracking & attribution

(Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, UTM) Prepare detailed

reports

for data-driven decision-making (Looker) Systematically

analyze campaign results

& provide strategic direction

However, this role is

NOT responsible for : Daily ad campaign execution Advanced media buying Social media posting or content production Execution of all these is handled by specialists & other junior team members.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

3+ years experience in digital marketing Experience managing multiple marketing channels: email, social media (organic & paid), affiliate, etc. Strong understanding of

marketing funnels,

conversion optimization

& customer journey Comfortable using cutting-edge

AI tools

& improving

automated workflows Advanced

project management

skills Strategic thinker

with analytical mindset Ability to

work independently

in a fast-moving, professional team Experience in the education, coaching, or wellness industry is a plus, but not required. Fluent in

English (spoken & written)
