Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to offering).
Handle mass hiring needs for various operational and support positions.
Supervise and lead the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Receive, review, and compile daily recruitment reports to be submitted to the HR Manager.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (hiring targets, time to fill, recruiter productivity, etc.).
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and hiring progress.
Ensure the recruitment process is conducted in accordance with company SOPs and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, including experience leading a team.
Experienced in mass hiring and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
Able to work under high recruitment targets and daily hiring volumes.
Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and monitor team performance.
Communicative, assertive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and expansion-driven environment.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
