Eramet Indonesia is an integral part of the Eramet. Its presence in Indonesia dates back more than 17 years, with nickel exploration investment in Central Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. Description The Treasury Officer will be responsible for duties relating to maintaining company’s cash management and payments, including checking and verifying invoices before payment, monitoring banking transactions, and communicating with appropriate stakeholders and banks. This position reports to Accounts and Treasury Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Verify List of Payment for all Indonesia entities and ensure completeness of supporting documents for Payment Process based on schedule for vendor payment, employee reimbursement and advance payment.

Manage in/out‑going payments, ensuring supporting documents, records and systems are checked and updated.

Prepare out‑going payments, and ensure business partners (e.g., vendors, counterparties, tax department) are paid on‑time and align with cash‑flow plan.

Maintain treasury data for treasury transactions and for accounting matters.

Prepare documents for urgent payment based on request and distribute for approval immediately.

Monitor payment status and ensure that all payments are already released and successful.

Monitor filling of documents before and after payment.

Assist in implementing relevant policies and procedures to improve Indonesia treasury practices.

Ensure that all transactions relating to treasury are recorded correctly.

Ensure good documentation and filing for the department in compliance with finance manual, tax and audit requirements.

Education Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Experience

1‑2 years experience in Treasury/Cash management

Experienced with SAP is a plus.

Soft Skills

Proactive and adaptable, ability to work independently and collaborate with others, and adjust to changes in reporting standards or company processes.

Proficiency in communicating with the management, other divisions, and other stakeholders.

Self‑motivated individual with effective organizational skills.

Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
