Senior Product Development Manager (RD)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in R&D within the manufacturing industry with international brands (preferably footwear, garment, or sports industry)

Experience handling product development from concept to mass production

Understanding of material development and testing

Knowledge of costing and product feasibility analysis

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good problem‑solving and analytical skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Lead product development from concept through to mass production
