Security Engineer

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in SIEM implementation or log onboarding. Understanding of log management, SIEM architecture, and log source integration. Experience with Linux/Windows Server and basic networking concepts. Hands-on experience in deploying agents/log collectors. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. MUST certification SIEM level associate. Ability to work within project timelines and SLA requirements.

Job Responsibilities: Perform onboarding and integration of log sources (Firewall, Server, Endpoint, Network Devices, Applications, etc.) into the SIEM platform. Configure, parse, normalize, and validate logs to ensure proper ingestion and monitoring. Deploy and configure agents/log collectors in the customer environment. Conduct connectivity testing and ensure logs are properly received and mapped. Troubleshoot integration and log ingestion issues. Coordinate with SOC (L1/L2/L3), infrastructure teams, and customers during implementation. Prepare technical documentation related to onboarding configuration and architecture. Ensure onboarding activities meet project timelines and security standards.
