What youโ€™ll be doing day to day:

Analyze on-site and off-site performance to understand customer journeys, behavior and digital touchpoints. Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital performance strategy

Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for IKEA digital platforms (website, app, social media and third-party platforms)

Translate performance data into insights and recommendations to enhance user experience and engagement

Define and align KPIs with internal stakeholders (Marcom, Loyalty and other Marketing functions) to strengthen overall digital performance

Drive SEO & SEM strategies to improve organic visibility, paid search performance and conversion impact

Optimize digital investment by tracking performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC and conversion rate. Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data reporting and analytics

Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to align metrics with development capabilities. Present performance insights clearly to internal and external partners with actionable recommendations

We want you to be a person who:

Has strong interest in home furnishing and retail with the ability to identify IKEA values and ways of working

Brings proven experience in digital performance marketing, analytics and data-driven decision making

Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and clear visual reports. Thinks strategically while remaining handsโ€‘on in execution and optimization

Confident in communicating performance insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

Shows curiosity towards the digital landscape and continuously seeks better ways to improve business impact. Adaptable to new tools, technologies and evolving digital trends

Self-driven, commercially minded and motivated to deliver measurable results. Works effectively under pressure with flexibility and simplicity
