Affiliate Operations Lead – Payments | LATAM (Remote)
A fast-growing payments company operating across Latin America is looking to hire an
Affiliate Operations Lead
to own and scale its affiliate business end-to-end.
This is not a pure sales role. The successful candidate will
run the affiliate operation as a business unit , combining commercial growth with operational ownership.
The Role
You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimising the affiliate channel across multiple markets and sectors. This includes onboarding partners, managing performance, improving conversion, and acting as the main point of ownership for affiliate revenue.
You’ll work closely with internal teams (product, tech, compliance) and external partners, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and run the affiliate business as a standalone growth channel
Manage and scale affiliate partnerships across LATAM and international markets
Develop and execute affiliate strategies across high-volume sectors (FX, betting, high-risk verticals, etc.)
Understand payment flows, settlement, conversion, and reconciliation
Proactively source, onboard, and manage affiliates (not just inbound)
Track performance, optimise funnels, and improve partner output
Act with an entrepreneurial mindset — identifying opportunities and solving problems independently
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in
affiliate marketing or partnerships within payments, fintech, FX, betting, or high-risk sectors
Deep understanding of
how payments work
(processing, PSPs, flows, chargebacks, conversion)
An existing
book of business or strong network
within relevant verticals is a big plus
Fluent in
English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working with minimal structure
Able to operate commercially and operationally
Entrepreneurial mindset — treats the role like their own business

Compensation
€5,000 per month
(with growth and upside potential depending on performance)
