Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of warehouse management system (WMS) projects for smaller-scale warehouses (around 2,000 pallet positions) at Sidoarjo.

Subsequently, manage additional projects across HAVI Indonesia, including new customer onboarding, new initiative projects, and other assigned operational or technology projects.

Plan and execute project activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Prepare project documents such as project charter, schedules, and status reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, solution design, local and global team) to ensure clear understanding of project scope and tasks.

Monitor project progress, risks, and constraints (scope, time, cost) and elevate issues when needed.

Facilitate risk assessments with project team members and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Support training, user manuals, and go‑live readiness activities to ensure smooth project implementation.

Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are established and monitored during the hyper‑care period (1–3 months post go‑live) (such as: Go‑live achieved on planned date, project delivered within budget, 100% system performance and operation service level and accuracy).

Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future implementations.

Maintain adherence to project management standards and quality requirements.

Drive and support improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Perform business analysis activities, including identifying issues, gathering requirements, and recommending process improvements.

Desired Skills & Experiences

Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools.

Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations (experience in WMS/TMS projects is a plus).

Demonstrated ability to manage improvement initiatives and perform business analysis activities, including identifying issues, gathering requirements, and recommending process enhancements.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project knowledge is an advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a small-scale project team.

Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.

Project Management certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
