Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relation Division at PT Victory International, located in West Java, Indonesia. The Customer Relation Division will handle day-to-day tasks such as engaging with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints in a prompt and professional manner. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers
Proven experience in customer satisfaction, customer support, and client relations
Analytical skills to evaluate customer feedback and improve service delivery
Proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English
Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred
