Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine/Naval/Mechanical), Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics

. Preferably with a background in marine spare parts or equipment sales.

Strong understanding of marine equipment, vessel spare parts, and service requirements.

Experience dealing with vendors, principals, and customers, including quotation preparation, negotiation, and order follow-up.

Familiar with coordinating deliveries to vessels, shipyards, and offshore locations.

Responsibilities

Manage supplier sourcing, quotation requests, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the most effective price and terms of payment.

Check material availability and condition, ensure certification requirements are met, and maintain accurate invoice and cost records.

Monitor stock levels, conduct routine inventory checks, and ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations.

Arrange and coordinate delivery of goods to vessels efficiently.
