What We’ll Work On Together

Supervise on-site retail project execution to ensure work is carried out according to project plans and timelines. Ensure vendors and contractors perform work in accordance with construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and landlords/location owners to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor and ensure construction and fit‑out quality meets company standards and specifications. Prepare and submit weekly or monthly project progress reports to the direct supervisor. Identify on‑site issues, risks, or delays and propose corrective actions or improvement solutions. Ensure the fit‑out process runs according to plan from project preparation to final handover. Maintain proper project documentation and administrative records to ensure completeness and compliance with project requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00. 1–3 years of experience in construction, retail fit‑out, project supervision, or store development; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Experience in retail store development, renovation, or fit‑out projects is a strong advantage. Able to read and understand construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Strong coordination and communication skills to work with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and landlords. Good project monitoring and problem‑solving skills, especially in identifying and resolving on‑site issues. Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reports. Willingness to travel for site surveys, measurement, and project implementation.
