Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Insurance Advisor, located in Batam. The Insurance Advisor will focus on meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend comprehensive solutions tailored to their requirements. This role will involve providing expert advice on insurance and financial products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring clients receive guidance throughout the process. Additionally, the Insurance Advisor will be responsible for ensuring custom solutions align with company policies and services.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Insurance and Finance concepts

Experience in Customer Service and exceptional Communication skills

Proven experience in Consulting to provide tailored solutions

Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Proficiency in local languages alongside fluency in English is advantageous

Goal‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities
