About the role PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. is seeking a talented QC Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Cileungsi, West Java, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of our electrical and electronic engineering products. As a key member of our organisation, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements

Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to identify and resolve quality issues

Analyzing quality data, generating reports, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality concerns throughout the product lifecycle

Providing technical support and training to production staff on quality control best practices

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality management

What we're looking for

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably in the electrical/electronic engineering industry

Knowledge of electrical installation, KWH panels, grounding, and PLN standards

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools

Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
