Leading and supervising daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards. Job Descriptions

Supervise daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets. Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization. Ensure machines, tools, and materials are available and in proper condition. Control material usage and minimize waste through process optimization. Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Lead, discipline, and develop production team performance and teamwork. Report production performance, issues, and improvement plans to Production Manager. Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related). Min. 3 years in production & manufacturing roles Min. 1 years in supervisory roles Having Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) Placement
