General Qualifications Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager for minimum of 2 years or 4 years in a 4/5 Star Hotels Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of Rhapsody Hotel System and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Manage all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests services Can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach Able to ensure our Front Office team provide professional and friendly service to our customers Excellent communication and good writing skills Effective Leadership skills, open minded, problem solver and organizational abilities
