Become an expert in abandoned‑cart recovery, reaching out to potential buyers at the critical moment to close the sale. Use persuasive communication mastery to provide tailored recommendations that guide buyers toward purchasing, increasing average order value. 1+ year of proven remote/online sales experience, closing deals and driving revenue without supervision. 1+ year of customer support experience, engaging customers via email, chat, or phone (e‑commerce experience is a massive advantage).
