Responsibilities

To build and maintain engagement within the team in achieving its KPI & cost

To cascade issues or updates regarding digibank that is applicable to the team

To ensure the team to comply with compliance and other regulations

To create comprehensive daily sales and productivity report (including analysis or room for improvement)

To closely monitor and follow up each team member performance in terms of productivity

To elevate all issues (technical and non-technical) that occurred from the team related with customer onboarding process

Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.

Contribute the latest ideas for the team to expand network of community for new customers

Requirements

Bachelor Degree from reputable university

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Having WPPE/WAPERD certification is a plus

Good knowledge about investment and wealth product and understanding about market update

Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year as leader and 3 years on sales area

Have a good problem solving skill

Target oriented

Capable of operating computer and Microsoft office
