AI Engineer

PROJECT BASED (6MONTHS)

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent models that support a data-driven talent and decision platform. This role focuses on developing scalable AI and LLM-powered solutions for prediction, matching, recommendation, and conversational intelligence that translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Requirements 1. Strong experience in machine learning, NLP, and applied AI. 2. Hands-on experience with LLM technologies (prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, or API integration). 3. Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow). 4. Experience building production-ready AI systems and APIs. 5. Ability to transform business problems into robust AI solutions. 6. Familiarity with cloud platforms, model evaluation, and performance optimisation.
