ENDP - OB Removal Team Leader (Location: Kalsel)

Supervise and lead daily overburden (OB) removal operations to meet production and quality targets.

Ensure compliance with K3LH (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards through regular safety talks and inspections.

Coordinate with contractors, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient mine operations.

Monitor and report daily production data (volume, operating hours, and performance obstacles) to management.

Oversee equipment allocation and work cycles (hauler and excavator) to maintain operational efficiency.

Ensure operations meet safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards in accordance with the Mine Plan.

Support and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in

Mining Engineering

or

Geology Engineering

(Minimum GPA 3.00 for Bachelor’s, 3.25 for Master’s).

Minimum

1–2 years of experience

as a Mine Operation Supervisor or in a similar open‑pit mining role.

Hold a valid

SIM A

(mandatory).

Certified in

Basic KPLH ,

Safety Driving ;

POP Certification

is an advantage.

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ,

Minescape , and

ArcGIS .

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Highly adaptable, safety‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

Fast learner with strong initiative and ownership mindset.

Able to manage multiple priorities under dynamic conditions.

Demonstrates passion for continuous improvement and team development.
