Job Description

ATOVA Professional Development Internshipship [6 Months]

Bali, Indonesia | Residential | Cohort 2026A Are you a motivated Indonesian graduate struggling to gain meaningful work experience? Have you finished university but feel stuck between “qualified” and “experienced”?

ATOVA International is launching a

6-Month Residential Professional development Internship

designed to bridge that gap.

Deliver real education and development programs in local schools Build classroom leadership and discipline management skills Develop professional communication and public speaking confidence Learn monitoring, data collection, and program evaluation Receive structured mentorship from Program Leaders Build resilience, accountability, and high-performance habits

Our Interns are not observers. They are trained, developed, and trusted with real responsibility.

Accommodation 3 meals per day Utilities (water, WiFi) All program equipment Structured professional mentorship Monthly Personal Growth & Leadership Development Days Adventure training experiences (e.g., hiking, snorkeling) during international placements A formal completion certificate and professional reference

Many former ATOVA team members have gone on to secure strong employment opportunities following their time with us.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking intelligent, and motivated recent graduates who:

Are struggling to secure meaningful paid employment Want to build real-world leadership experience Are disciplined, resilient, and coachable Can commit fully to a 6-month residential program Care about personal development and community impact

Education, sports science, public health, English, or social sciences backgrounds are advantageous but mindset matters more than degree title.

Important This is a residential Internship program and does not provide a salary. Instead, Interns receive full accommodation, meals, training, and structured professional development. We are looking for individuals who see this as an investment in their future leadership and employability.
