Responsibilities
Address and resolve employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ensure company policies align with Indonesian labor laws and provide legal guidance to management.
Mediate conflicts, facilitate labor union negotiations, and support collective bargaining.
Assist in creating industrial relations policies that foster a positive work environment.
Guide disciplinary actions, performance plans, and terminations per legal standards.
Communicate effectively with labor agencies, unions, and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations and labor compliance.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law compliance, or employee relations, preferably in a retail or multi-location business environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and industrial relations best practices.
Experience in handling labor disputes, grievance resolution, and negotiations with labor unions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Willingness to travel as required for industrial relation matters.
