About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive

Aftersales Support / Warranty Specialist

to join our Aftersales team. This role is responsible for managing warranty activities, approving payments, and supporting programs that ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in aftersales operations, and the ability to plan and implement issue‑solving programs and recall campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Approve and settle payments for warranty activities related to service shops and distributors.

Approve and process payments for customer, dealer, and distributor support programs policies.

Develop plans for estimated vehicle maintenance and repair volumes, revenue targets, headcount requirements, and KPIs for service shops.

Plan and implement issue‑solving programs, including recall campaigns and corrective actions.

Manage warranty claims in compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelinesli>

Analyze warranty and aftersales data to identify trends and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in aftersales operations, warranty management, or automotive service planning.

Strong understanding of warranty processes and payment settlement procedures.

Experience in planning KPIs, headcount, and revenue targets for service operations.

Familiarity with ERP or warranty management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
