Job Description
Respond to inquiries via
Facebook Page, LINE OA, Shopee
and other platforms in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
Provide product/service information, recommend promotions, and actively drive sales to meet targets.
Conduct follow-up calls to provide information and close sales over the phone.
Process customer orders and coordinate effectively with the shipping/fulfillment department.
Execute follow-up strategies (based on scripts) for potential leads, new prospects, and existing customers to encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain and update customer databases in the system or Excel as required.
Monitor and respond to comments and initial inquiries in the Inbox.
Submit daily performance reports (CRM), including metrics such as the number of inquiries handled and sales converted.
Required to speak in
English/Chinese.
Qualifications:
Proficient in using computers, smartphones, and various social media platforms.
Responsible, hardworking, honest, and reliable.
Passionate about sales with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in Admin Sales, Customer Service, or Telesales is highly preferred.
