Job Description Record all financial transactions into the accounting system

Journal entries related to

Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM)

Regularly compile and summarize transaction data

Prepare

monthly and annual financial reports

Organize and file all financial transaction documents

Input petty cash data and perform

bank reconciliations

Handle other

ad hoc tasks

as required by the department

Requirements Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting

Strong understanding of general journal entries and the accounting cycle

Capable of independently preparing financial statements

Proficient in ERP systems, especially

Odoo

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets formulas is an advantage

Detail-oriented, honest, proactive, responsible, and able to work efficiently
