Marketing & TikTok Shop Manager / Deputy Manager

to lead brand marketing initiatives and TikTok Shop performance in Indonesia. This role is responsible for managing offline and online marketing campaigns, new product launches, and TikTok Shop promotional strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute annual brand marketing activities, including new product launches and menu promotions.

Develop marketing proposals and execution plans for new product launch campaigns.

Plan and manage large-scale campaigns for Indonesian public holidays, brand anniversaries, and major events.

Integrate online and offline marketing strategies, including KOL collaborations and visual branding.

Conduct trial promotions in selected stores and evaluate feasibility for nationwide implementation.

Communicate campaign guidelines clearly to franchise partners.

Prepare weekly reports and other tasks assigned by management.

TikTok Shop & Digital Platforms

Manage TikTok Shop marketing strategies for the Indonesian market.

Design promotional bundles and oversee TikTok Shop promotions, including KOL and live-stream campaigns.

Coordinate with TikTok Shop local representatives to secure optimal promotional exposure.

Participate in large-scale TikTok Shop platform campaigns.

Analyze TikTok Shop sales performance and prepare weekly reports.

Communicate TikTok Shop campaign performance and execution details to franchise partners.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience in the F&B industry.

Experience in marketing campaigns, product launches, or promotional planning.

Familiar with TikTok Shop, Grab, Gojek, Shopee, or similar platforms.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
