Head of Operation - BSD

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily IVF clinic operations in compliance with healthcare regulations and SOPs.

Oversee financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Develop sales projections, business mapping, and business growth plans.

Supervise marketing and social media performance to support patient acquisition.

Drive customer experience excellence across the entire patient journey.

Plan manpower requirements (MPP) and manage cross‑functional teams.

Report operational and business performance to top management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Clinic Manager, Operational Manager, or equivalent in hospitals or clinics.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial analysis, and business planning.

Experience in IVF clinics is highly preferred.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
