Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.

Strong writing skills with a keen eye for social trends and the ability to deliver brand messages through compelling storytelling.

Proficient in using social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Hootsuite, Buffer, and similar platforms.

Able to interpret content performance data, such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, and produce reports with actionable insights.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for optimizing organic and paid content.

Experience in developing and executing KOL/influencer campaigns is a plus.

Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Creative, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key accounts to manage and develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.

Create and manage a structured content calendar, and produce engaging content (including visuals, videos, and copy) that aligns with local trends and brand guidelines.

Conduct trend research and audience analysis to develop engaging and targeted content strategies, driving both organic and paid engagement.

Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance regularly, focusing on relevant KPIs and translating insights into future content strategies.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and brand teams to ensure brand messaging remains consistent and campaigns are delivered on time.

Develop KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and Influencer Management strategies to support social media campaigns, including research, outreach, and performance evaluation.

Adapt and implement current social media trends into fresh, engaging, and relevant content ideas.

Manage end-to-end social media processes, from ideation and content production to scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Maintain active community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and audience feedback.

Comfortable being on-camera talent to support content creation (if required).
