HRBP Supervisor (Warehouse)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field

HR certification (e.g., CHRP, BNSP, or equivalent) is an advantage

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources

At least 2 years in a Supervisor or HRBP role

Experience handling operational/blue-collar employees

Preferably from warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or FMCG industries

Responsibilities

Act as HR Business Partner for warehouse operations

Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business strategy

Support operational KPI achievement through HR initiatives

Handle disciplinary cases, warning letters, and internal investigations

Maintain good relationships with employees and labor unions

Ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws

Identify training and development needs

Provide coaching support to warehouse supervisors and team leaders

Implement employee engagement and internal communication programs

Maintain positive industrial relations climate

Support initiatives to reduce turnover and improve productivity
