We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to apply for the following positions to be stationed in our office in Rasuna Said, Kuningan Jakarta.
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A degree in business, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
Five years of experience in customer service, with a progression into supervisory roles.
MUST be FLUENT in English.
Solid understanding of customer service, end-to-end operational processes, and analytical methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
Have strong ability to organizational and time‑management skills, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for effective work output.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and find solutions to customer complaints.
Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
Empathy: Understanding customers’ needs and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use of metrics and KPIs to monitor service levels and make improvements.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, customer service software, and data analysis tools.
Good in Excel Skill (PIVOT and other formulas).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process receiving PO from customer to SAP (including checking the price, availability stock, etc).
Create SO, DO, Invoice, Faktur Pajak and send the complete docs to customer immediately.
Arrange & monitor the delivery and chase for delivery order documents from logistic dept.
Input the incoming order to the forecast file as materialized with detail and accurate.
Check and chase regular order to customer based on the forecast budget.
Preparing the next month forecast’s every 3rd week of the month and distribute to all sales to fill in.
Compile the forecast from sales into one file to monitor and update time to time (daily monitor).
Weekly updating reports the position of the sales GP detail to the superior.
Directly inform to superior if there’s any issue / information on customer’s side.
Regularly check availability stocks and inform to superior if there’s any insufficient stock to import immediately – liaise with purchasing dept.
Take a look and monitor also chase about the incoming import, in order to fill the request delivery to customers – liaise with import dept.
Must have strong analytical / fast maneuver on decision regarding delivery matter to fulfil customer’s requirements.
Liaise with logistic in term of preparing for the drumming activity.
Assist & help sales team for the documentation things needed.
Assist & help to compile the sales CRM report to analyze and create a report for related dept.
Liaise with technical team to check the product documentation before delivery to customers.
Chasing payment customer – liaise with Finance department.
Monitor incoming and outgoing of product samples.
Filling document properly.
Income Tax coverage.
Medical Health Insurance.
Global Exposure.
Pension contribution.
