Project Site Engineer - Construction

Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project execution.

Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress; prepare regular site reports.

Implement quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Provide technical guidance, resolve site issues, and review engineering drawings.

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Min. 3 years experience as Site Engineer in building/infrastructure projects, preferably Factory or Warehouse projects.

Good command in English language (verbal + writing).

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Willing to work on‑site in various locations.
