Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal Document Review

Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents including contracts, MOUs, vendor agreements, influencer deals, and internal policies.

Provide clear legal recommendations and risk assessments.

2. Payment & Agreement Verification

Review and validate agreements and payment documents for the Online Marketing team.

Ensure compliance with company internal policy and relevant legal requirements.

3. Project Due Diligence

Conduct legal research and due diligence on vendors, partners, and other third parties.

Research legal and compliance risks and deliver red-flag reports or summaries as needed.

4. SOP & Business Process Development

Collaborate with a cross functional team to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist in mapping and improving business processes from a legal and compliance perspective.

5. Corporate Legal Support

Provide support on general corporate law matters, including company administration, governance, and compliance.

Support the preparation and submission of corporate filings and documentation.

6. OSS System (Advantageous)

Assist with filings, licensing, and regulatory processes using Indonesia’s Online Single Submission (OSS) system

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university

Having 2 to 4 years of professional experience (prior experience in a corporate law firm/ FMCG /retail /financial institutions would be considered an advantage)

Experience in influencer marketing or vendor partnership agreements will be a point plus

Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks

Willing to Work From the Office (Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
