Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a luxury boutique resort located in Nusa Lembongan consisting of 19 private villas, beach club, wellness facilities, and restaurant. The role will oversee project delivery from planning through construction to handover, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality targets are met. Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager in construction (hospitality/resort preferred) Background in Construction / Civil Engineering / Architecture Based in Bali and willing to relocate onsite to Nusa Lembongan Strong experience in scheduling, budgeting, contractor & consultant coordination Ability to read technical drawings and manage project documentation Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English) Responsibilities

Lead overall construction execution Manage timeline, budget, and quality control Coordinate with owner, consultants, contractors, and vendors Monitor progress and prepare reports Coordinate logistics and delivery of project materials and equipment, ensuring items received match purchase orders and project specifications
