Project Sales Specifier

Key Responsibilities:

Approach and build strong relationship with architect, interior designer & consultants (expert) Build Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program for expert Ensure that the company’s products are specified in project documentation and tender lists Stay updated with market trends, architectural design movements, and new materials in the construction industry Prepare regular reports on project status, client visits, and business development activities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Specifier to join our team in the building material industry. This role is responsible for introducing, promoting, and ensuring that the company’s products are included in project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in

Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture Min. 7 years of experience as a Specifier, Project Sales, or Business Development for premium building material products, such as: big slab tile, art paint, SPC, etc

Required Skills

Strong networking and relationships with expert whom have luxury project, such as: luxury hotel, luxury apartment, luxury office building, etc Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Excellent project management skill Able to work independently and achieve project-based targets Willing to be placed at
