To lead complex analysis initiatives, ensure high-quality requirements for strategic and high-impact programs/transformation, and mentor Business Analysts to ensure consistency, traceability, and value realization across projects.

Job Description :

Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements.

Ensure project and transformation requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes.

Collaborate closely with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders, application owners to ensure solution alignment.

Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live.
