Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.

Lead social media strategy, including content direction, campaign planning, and audience engagement.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) to improve reach and conversion.

Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and offline activities.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Collaborate with retail and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Coordinate with external partners such as designers, agencies, or influencers when needed.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline channels.

Company Overview Established in 2018, PT. Samudra Sakti Utama is a retail eyewear brand with five stores across Bali and plans for nationwide expansion.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or related industries.

Strong understanding of social media management and digital advertising platforms.

Ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on in campaign execution.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Willing to be based in

Denpasar, Bali .
