Head Service Ops
Responsibilities
Oversee daily service of the service department to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
Lead and manage service teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance evaluation
Develop and implement service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer retention
Monitor and report on service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
Minimum bachelorโs degree in any major
At least 3 years of work experience in a Service Manager or Operations Manger role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the healthcare industry is advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivated and guide staff
Proficiency in using service management software and tools for tracking, reporting, and scheduling
