IT Project Leader (Project Based)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, or a related field. Min 4 years of experience in project leadership or project management roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Experience using project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.). Able to work under pressure and deliver results. Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta. Willing to be a PKWT contract employee for the Lintasarta project Willing to work full-time in the office

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Plan, monitor, and control project activities, scope, and timeline. Manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team. Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and agreed standards. Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation. Must have Prince2 or PMBOOK certificate.
