Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, focusing on supporting our on‑premise and private cloud (single‑tenant) customers. This role involves handling tasks of medium to low complexity, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both cloud and on‑premise environments, with expertise in key technologies such as Kubernetes, containerization, Terraform, Ansible, Linux, and customer troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain on‑premise and private cloud infrastructure for our enterprise customers.

Automation and Orchestration: Utilize tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Containerization: Manage and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes, optimizing resource utilization and application performance.

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving infrastructure‑related issues and ensuring high availability.

Collaboration: Work closely with the infrastructure team and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions to our customers.

Required Skills And Experience

Cloud and On‑Premise Expertise: Proven experience managing both cloud‑based and on‑premise infrastructure environments.

Kubernetes and Containerization: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms, with experience in deploying and managing containerized applications.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in using Terraform or similar tools for infrastructure automation and provisioning.

Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools for automating system configurations.

Linux Administration: Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and administration tasks.

Troubleshooting: Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Customer Focus: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Desired Skills

Scripting: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks.

Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for infrastructure performance tracking.

Networking: Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
