Area Business Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of sales in the coverage area, maintaining and increasing sales growth, and achieving sales targets by managing and motivating the sales team. The role includes designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and identify new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the proper and effective operation of sales in the coverage area.

Maintaining and increasing sales of K-C Softex’s products.

Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer accounts in the coverage area.

Identifying and evaluating sales strategies and setting targets.

Identifying new market opportunities.

Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Cooperating with related parties to increase sales.

Interviewing and hiring new employees for the team.

Qualifications

Minimum D3 / S1 any major.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the sales area.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills, including a willingness to give positive and negative feedback as needed.

Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate people to achieve goals.

Excellent planning, analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and report‑writing skills.

Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.

Willing to be placed in

Sampit, Central Kalimantan.
