Tax Team Leader (Own USKP C)

Emerhub Consulting Indonesia is looking for Tax Consultant Team Leader to be part of our team.

Job Description

Review and ensure the accuracy of all monthly and annual tax calculations and filings (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT, Corporate Tax).

Oversee the preparation and submission of client tax reports in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Oversee and verify monthly payroll calculations, BPJS, and employee income tax (PPh 21) reports.

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of tax and payroll specialists.

Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely and error-free delivery.

Deliver clear, professional, and strategic tax consultation and solutions to clients.

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by ensuring consistent and high-quality service.

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure zero mistakes in deliverables.

Handling negotiations with external parties to support project needs.

Requirements

Own a USKP C Tax Consultant Certificate.

3 - 5 years of experience in Consulting / Tax Firms.

Experience as a team leader or manager in a previous role.

Comfortable in using the Accounting software, Microsoft/Google Suite Software, Tax Authority Software, and all its related software.

Experience in handling Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, tax appeals, tax advisory, litigation, compliance, planning, etc.

Having good negotiation skills.
