OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities The Operation Manager at Taman Safari Indonesia is responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of safety and service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and process optimization to effectively manage teams and resources. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is typically required.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operational Manager in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven ability to oversee daily operations and improve service quality.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Placement will be at Prigen, East Java.
